UN AND US resolution not to use biometric chips or markings

Whereas were always looking for ways to save money and keep control its
an obvious improvement to computerize everything, including people.  But, with the quality of life loss and possible eternal hell spoken about in the bible we might not like to make this choice as a society.  Let's preempt greedy human nature and just suffer together with inefficient but humane systems forever.    Let's not automate and robotify kisses.  (I guess the military wants to do this with common soldiers, they're already doing this with pets, and also Mexico wants to do this.  As we are we're already asked for figerprints at banks or scans and gps tracked by our phones 24/7)
