WoW Battleground Limitations

There should be a limit to Battlegrounds, beyond the 9s.. more Filters should be present to truly "Level the playing field". I have suffered for almost two years in the battlegrounds with pathetic results in no way due to My lack of skill, Gear, or enchants. but due to the fact that I do not DEVOTE every waking moment of My free time to Constructing Twinks. This Petition is for everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - who isnt a pud-pulling teen getting their rocks off in MMORPGs just because their parents didnt love them enough.
There need to be more filters. If you are a 19 twink, you should only be able to use enchants that are appropriate for a level 19 Enchanter to cast. You should only be able to use Armor Kits that only a level 19 Leatherworker can Create. And perhaps most of all - there should be a distinct division between battlegroups. RP servers should NOT be grouped with PvP, or RPPvP servers in battlegroups. for the Thousands of not more people on RP servers, its a severe and constant pain to try and BG with these other servers, as the play styles are different and are NOT compatible.
These Battlegroups may in fact be necessary to run Battlegrounds in a timely manner, however a Reorganization is also necessary. There are servers out there with the Best PvPers being slogged in with the worst, and vice versa - this is by no means fair to either party. the Best get free Epics, the worst dont get anything but Crapped all over, and left wondering "why the fuck do I even bother with this BS?"
As it is, well over half the populace of WoW in its totality is disenfranchised, and a good portion of those are either considering Never PvPing again, or QUITTING all together.
Blizzard, as one of the many that are SICK of the current workframe of the Battlegrounds - Balance things out, Level the playing field, get rid of the sick enchants and add-ins that make these "Uber Twinks" or Lose your most loyal playerbase. Sure PvP is fun, but its by no means Fair to the starter, or the "casual" gamer. AT LEAST make a Disctintive separation, Based on PERFORMANCE AND GEAR between the "Hardcore PvP" and those of us who are more "Casual" in how much of our lives we devote to pissing others off, laughing at their misfortune, and generally acting like pubescant monkies in a penis-waving contest.
The way things are, there are enough servers of the various Types (RP, PvE, PvP, and RPPvP) to make battlegroups for EACH set - I.E. Pure RP Server Battlegrounds, Pure PvP server Battlegrounds, and so on.
I realize that there will be those who say I am "QQing" or whining. Maybe I am, but so are millions of others who are sick of getting our asses kicked by jagoff little PvP mutants who have found a way to work the system to get what they want, and to hell with the rest of the world.
If you're sick of the little bastard children Ruling the battlegrounds, If YOU think YOU deserve the same gear that those tards have, that YOU deserve the Same amount of Honor, and Reputation, Titles, Weapons, and so on that these little freaks get - then Join Me, Sign this Petition and Send a Message to Blizzard Entertainment and these Elitist asses that if it werent for us, they wouldnt have This GAME!

We, The undersigned believe that there needs to be serious work done to the Battlegrounds, its been left far too open for far too long. Its well past time that you (As the Creator, Maintainter, and Provider of a service that WE (the Gamers) PAY for.) Fix a system that has been wholly violated by loopholes, elitism, and frankly poor management. There is NO consideration given to the players that Enjoy PvE, yet realize the importance (if not NEED) to PvP for better gear. There is NO oversight that I have ever seen in terms of moderation, or controlling the players that are outright abusing the system, and there is NO LEVEL PLAYING FIELD. The Battlegrounds are ruled tyrannically by an extreme group of players that literally sit at the various "topout" levels of 19, 29, 39, 49 and so on and Pile up armor, weapons, trinkets, enchants, potions and more that in every real sense - RUIN the experience of anyone even attempting to get started in "their" bracket.
There need to be massive changes made to level the playing field, and balance a VERY skewed system. Or you will continue to lose your Customers, your Lifeblood - to Other Games like Conan, Warhammer Online, And EverQuest (which is still frankly a better game in My opinion, and FAR less beset with morons and PvPteens who make it their mission in life to make OTHER players lives' miserable.
This is a serious issue, and this petition should be taken seriously by you, Blizzard.
Consider this The "Warning Shot" before a Mass Emigration of your Paying Customers to another - More Casual Player Friendly - MMORPG.
There should be a division made between the Hardcore and the Casual, and this should be based on Both Gear, and Performance - NOT Enchants and Money. The so-called division thats exists is a paltry excuse. RP servers are Overrun with PvPers looking for "easy marks" and theres no way to stop them, this should be corrected. Offending players should be transferred to another Server Suited to their playstyle. The solutions are simple, if not easy. and We, as they Paying Customer, have every right to ask that the game that we PAY to play be enjoyable, and not ruined by griefers, PvPers on holiday, and their ilk.
The Gauntlet is down, The Alliance is Forming. Time to act.
