Wrongful euthanasia

Some of these "no-kill" shelters are taking pets [surrendered by their families in these tough times] telling them they are no-kill when in fact they will be "euthanized" shortly thereafter. The definition of euthanasia is ending the life of a SUFFERING person (or animal) painlessly/peacefully. Far too often it is a cat that is deemed overweight or doesn't fit the personality profile set for them; picture being given up by your family only to sit in a cage with hundreds of other stressed out animals, how would you act? If they say "no-kill" they should mean it, there are plenty of organizations that do things humanely.
