Reverse the dangerous cut in the elderly peoples winter fuel payment

With the rising cost of fuel ( gas and electricity ) past governments noted the rising death rate amonst our pensioners during winter and introduced a payment so that the elderly could heat their homes. The current government in their severe cost cutting have decided to almost half that amount!! With a very bad forcast for this winter, this will mean more deaths and hardship! Please tell David Cameron to think again for the sake of our elderly who have served this country all their lives!
