Eldridge Dockery was unfarily accussed of training individuals in the gym which resulted in his membership being revoked and him being escorted off the premises. The manager that was sent to the site made a 30 min observation and concluded from bits and pieces of a conversation that we was training. The approach of the manager was very unprofessional and he stated "all this working out in groups is about to end and I'm going to make an example of you." Eldridge was in fact spotting and helping two female friends.
This incident could have easily been resolved if the manager had a true oberservation of what actually took place and would have been receptive to discussing the incident with all parties involved as well as with other numerous members who work out in groups to spot each other. It was completely unfair and unjust for his memership to be revoked of something is was not gulity of. Therefore we petition the District Manager and Vice President of LaFitness to re-instate Eldridge Dockery's membership.
