Make it Illegal for Police to shoot dogs!!!

Police are equipped with Tazzers and Bear Mace but if a dog is running at them the first thing they reach for is their gun. Dogs are a man's best friend and family to their owners. They only are doing what they are trianed to do and that's protect their family and home.
