Hello my name is Penny Bennett mother of said youth Justin Lee BENNETT.He has been a child of sexaul abuse since the age of 3.Thats when he started having fits of rage. Thats where he blacks out and goes in a aweful rage.In return they placed him on all kinds of meds and in and out of mental hospitals. Then around age 11 instead of receiving the help he needs they started locking him up. BTW did i metion they didnt do any thing to the people who hurt my son. Well at 16 he finally come home and was doing really well. Intil he started high school.even thu he was keeping his grades up to a A and B aveg.HE was having a hard time adjusting to a reg school must less a high school. He went and made a bad choice and stole sum of my meds and gave em to an 18 yr old girl at school and her brother. He was not selling are even taking the drug. HE HATES DRUGS!. the other 2 youth that were even older then my 16 yr old son. My son got 3yrs and 3 felionies on his record.One week in jail I get a call my son had to have emergacy surgry. He had an ulser on his intensis. At the age of 16! How can this be? A week later he was return to eastman ydc. Where he was a target of gangs (groups of boys}. Eastman ydc had him under protection in the jail. that lasted for 2 to 4 mths. They felt it was safe and released him from protection. 2 days later he was ganged in the court yard on his way to school behind a set of stairs. oh course nothing was done. Cuz justin was attacked from behind and couldnt say who done it they said. They also stated it was in best interested he didnt know. and they said he said he just fell down and broke his jaw in 2 places. I didnt find out about anouther emeracy sugery to wire his mouth shut til after it was over. I begged and pleated for his return home r at least moved to anouthr place. Well I said i was going to go alll the way to the top to help my son. Then they finally moved him to agustsa ydc. in the mental heath ward. Where he said it was awful due to the kids in there were cutting themselves and slinging blood everywhere. he said he was going crazy but at least they were hurting themselves instead of after him.He was doing well there intil he was beng harashed by a gaurd there. He ask 4 help on I know at least 2 occ. The gaurd would back down 4 a couple of days and then go back giving him a hard time. Well one morning he was in a room getting ready to go eat. Well that gaurd came in and started yelling at him demanding him to put on his shoes. and Justin said he was theating him to harm him. Justin grab a mop handle to defend himself. b4 anything happen anouther guard came in and jumped my son. So they went around. All that happen was justin was bumped and buriesed and the guard that came in glasses fell off and was broken.Well they shakkled him and put him in lock down where he sent 3 to 4 wks.He was charge with salt and battery on the guard. which he will have to go confront as soon as he gets out in the adult jail. Then they transfered him back to eastman ydc. Where he was hurt to begin with. He was placed in lock down there also for 4 to 6 mths.He was intitled to a early release after 1 yr there. then every 6 mths.Well they refused his 1st two early releases due to him having an outstanding warrent in agustsa ,ga. I called and pleaded with Augusta , ga. to dropp his charges there since he is fixin to fisish high school, on good behavior,and I feel he already paid the cost if what he was accussed of . He was locked down and the only time he did come out was to call me.. He ate slept and everything with no human contact the whole time he was in lock down. when he did get to come call me they shattled him and he had a armed guard with him. Justin should never been in and out of jail cuz of his fits. He was just crying out 4 help and justice. I agree he did do wrong 4 stealing and giving my meds to the other kids. However I dont think he deseaved 3 yrs and 3 feliones. For what he did. PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE 4 JUSTIN.HELP ME BRING MY BABY HOME.I FEAR FOR HIS SAFETY AND HIS MENTAL STATE IF HE STAYS THERE. PLEASE DONT LET HIM JUST BE ANOUTHER ONE WE GOT TO TWO LATE.I dont know what else to do.You know I amire him so. He trying so hard to get his life in order and after all he been thru he still has dreams to go to college and have a normal life.
