By threatening to "totally destroy North Korea" in his speech to the U.N., the president clearly violated the rules of the U.N. Charter. He also suggested the U.S. was willing to commit genocide. This means he has committed a high crime which fits the definition the House Judiciary used for the Nixon impeachment. The House should impeach.
