As per Collective Agreement

The Corporation will be implementing a schedule which will be mandatory for Group 1 Part time Gateway East (Packets) to work both Saturdays and Sundays- one group working the entire weekend. This is a violation of article 14.24 of our Collecitive Agreement and Part Time members are being targeted with this violation. We the undersigned stand united and request Canada Post to follow the guidelines of Labour-Management Consultations and consult on a schedule with CUPW that abides by the Collective Bargaining Agreement!
