stop harrasment for our dogs

we all love our pets. all pets need to go outside. all dogs bark. the law is that they should not bark excessively. staying within the laws and guide lines. Someone continually calls the police .I have spoken with the police several times about this matter and would like your help with stopping the phone calls to the police. There has been recording of dogs barking that I have not heard and is very questionable on how this was obtained . I would like to thank you for your help in this matter.
