Rescheduling of homecoming

It came to our attention that the festivities that were scheduled September 3rd-7th (2014) would most likely not be in the best interest of our students. The timing that was selected would be inconvient to not only the senior class but for the underclassmen as well. The reasoning for this would be fear of lack of participation with the classes and not being to enjoy spirit week.  As students we believe that the classes would not have enough time to feel adjusted to school and the way the school year will be run, especially to the new up and coming freshmen.  I believe the 6th week of the football season is the perfect date because the students will be more comfortable to the idea of spirit week coming together as a whole student body.
