It sounds weird, but there is same places in the world where you can eat alive animals. Actually, this is common for fishes, you can eat the body even if the fishes' mouth still scream for pity.
The target of this petition is even more horrible. In China it is allowed to eat a monkey brain, while the animal is still alive. The customer can choose the monkey who "looks better", who is put in the middle of the table and forced to drink alcohol to get drunk. After the animal looses the power to rebel to cruel humans, it is put in a special box with a hole on the bottom, so that the upper part of the head comes out. The customer just cuts the head of the monkey, and everyone can eat the brain, using a spoon or a fork.
