against code ordinance voted without our knowledge

it was agreed without our knowledge

even for people being in business for so many years

it is a code ordinance from the city of key west

why should we not  receive letters in the mailinforming us of a change in our business rights

is it legal action from the city

the impact on our business in the future is damaging
