BARCLAYS Fat cats decide to close local branch

Iam one of many who are too lazy to change banks simply because I have been loyal for 47 years. Well no more. The next nearest branch about 3 miles away was closed last year and our local branch is now closing. Is this in order that Barclays can pay the multi million /billions in fines due to bad management and fiddling of rates.Fat cats remain in their plush offices etc. but pensioners now have to travel another couple of miles out of the area because the mandarins say so.Our local branch in Gatley, Manchester, should not be closed, the staff know their customers and value them.
