Reduction of waiting time for a Pardon

It's important for the people of the United States of America who has or had an conviction of and offense to be able to have it erased/forgiven.

The waiting time for a Pardon is as of now, 5 years after probation or parole. If we can reduce the waiting time to at least 3 years, it will slow down the "revolving door" of incarceration and give more people the initiative to be productive people of their community.

This petition is to help ex-offenders who has or had any offense and are trying to re-enter back into society.  One of the major problems that stops those with misdemeanors/felonies is securing a job/career.  


The petition for the reduction of waiting time for a Pardon will help ex-offenders and give them the initiative to become better people of their community.  I believe by reducing the waiting time, it will slow down the so-called "REVOLVING DOOR" OF INCARCERATION.
