Demand better protection for debit cards (chip cards) that use pin numbers.

My debit card was stolen. Somehow they got my pin number. They went to Home Depot, Walmart, and Publix Supermarkets and DRAINED MY CHECKING Account of over 2,200 because NONE of them checked identification. The credit union (Suncoast CU) refused to return my money, saying I loaned my Card and PIN NUMBER OUT, which I did Not do. 1 Solution? Have CONGRESS DEMAND that ANY IN STORE purchase of more than $ 50 require photo Identification to help catch the crooks. This will reduce the number of fraudulent chip card transactions. A Chip card and PIN NUMBER WILL NOT PROTECT YOU! YET, STILL ALLOW DEBIT CARD USE AT GAS PUMPS. Please, My
