Designated Parking for Home Owners

Recently it has come to the attention of many homeowners that their is not enough parking. The residents that have been living on the street for many decades are not able to park their few cars in front of their own home for easy accessibility. There are multiple tenants to one home causing regular homeowners to inconveniently park down the street. Crowding of three to four families in a single family home should not be allowed and home owners should be allowed designated parking to park in front of their own homes.
