Smoking Facilities

I am concerned about the option of smoking facilities being allowed in hotels, motels, casinos, and bowling alleys, etc. I believe there should be designated non-smoking facilities as well, although maybe in a ratio of two non-smoking facilities to every one smoking facility. This encourages the option to choose between having the option to smoke inside and not.
