STOP PRESIDENT PUTIN NOW before he treats entire nations as he did Chancellor Merkle

In a recent Press Conference between the two national leaders, Mr. Putin brought a large black dog INTO the public photo session.  He KNOWS Ms Merkle is afraid of dogs and did this to 'test' her in front of the world's press.

If this man can be so blatantly offensive, aggressive and inhumane both to Ms Merkle and the dog, how on earth can he not be stopped from what he is doing to whole countries, regions and peoples.

Do we HAVE to wait until there is no way to retrieve the situation?  PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO SANCTION RUSSIA NOW until they bring this man to account instead of 'laughing with him at Ms Merkle being subjected to 'the RUSSIAN WAY' by a Russian journalist.
