Because Mr MacKenzie is still refusing to apologise for the lies his newspaper printed about the injured and dead of the Hillsborough disaster, a story he declared he stood by and said the newspaper's owner had forced him to apologise for the first time, despite the official inquest having cleared them of all blame.
