South Africans against the high price of electricty

There is NO shortage of power in SA!

It was all a plot to get us to dig deeper into our pockets to fund Eskoma expansion. Yes we are to benefit from this , but Eskoms existing financial plan already provisions for expansion, as does every other Energy company in the world. 

So why should we pay for the expansion and upgrade?
And if we do, then why are we not shareholders ? Surely if we fund all the new nuclear plants then we are also entitled to benefit from its PROFITS!

The South African Government proposes to spend over R20billion  (which we will fund) over the next 20 years to upgrade its energy facilities. 

Why should we fund this ?
Why invest in outdated nuclear energy?
