Recycle for Reimbursement; SAVE OUR EARTH

Water bottles are being thrown away by the billions and ending up wasting away in landfills and killing beautiful creatures on the ocean. My solution is to reimburse people who bring back their water bottles to recycle like how some states already do with aluminum cans and glass bottles.
