JUSTICE FOR 3 TRAPPED & DUMPED CATS

We the undersigned would like to express our disappointment and disgust with your denial to issue an arrest warrant for Cruelty to Animals
(Section 53-247) against Mr. Glenn Palmer.  Mr. Palmer openly admitted to separately baiting my three beloved cats into a trap and abandoning them far from home without any food, water or shelter.  Abandonement of animals IS against the law.  Please review the file and reconsider this decision.
