Local vounrable man sleeping on our streets

Our community feel very let down as a young local vounrable man is sleeping rough on our streets, due to his mother dying and his home being repossed by the housing association. As he had 3 beds, and the bedroom tax came into action .he is quite obviously vounrable and is in need of some help with housing and other services, us as a community try our best to look after him,with clothing and food but unfortunately the weather is cold and he won't survive this winter sleeping rough! This man needs help!!!
