Another innocent Pit Bull, Mellie has been given a "Vicious Dog" citation! Mellie is playful and happy just like any other dog. All she wanted to do was play and for that she was reported to the police as threatening?! Instead of investigating the report, Bella Vista police wrote Mellie's owner.
