Ban Balloons on Beaches or Any Other Body of Water

Small steps create big solutions. Please join me in making it against the law to possess or release bolloons on our beaches or any other body of water. After being released into the atomosphere a balloon wil rise approximately five miles before bursting and falling back to  earth at a rate of circa one piece every five square miles. Once on the ground, or in our oceans, the balloons are often mistaken as a food source by marine mamals or other wildlife. This is not acceptable and can be prevented by doing what it takes to protect and preserve our planets most precous resources.
