Old Indian Fighter  Exposed

Defeated Senator, Tom Daschle from South Dakota was exposed attempting to circumvent paying over $140 thousand dollars in taxes. He received a taxable gift from a large corporate executive %u2013 commonly called a kickback, yet intended to report it as non-taxable gift instead of income he well knew should have been declared and taxed. As anyone with a college degree and tax accountant knows - let alone an attorney and former Senator %u2013 personal use of vehicles is taxable income.

Daschle became paranoid in June of 2008 %u2013 yet failed to notify his tax man with instructions until he was assured of income from Obama to serve in his cabinet. He then went on record admitting his mistake and it appears the democrats will not ask for his resignation from consideration to the post.

Allegations of the highest government corruption continues to fall on deaf ears as cabinet nominees continue to be exposed dodging taxes, pay-to-play, and extortion %u2013 with only one, Richardson from New Mexico, doing what is right to bow out.

Obama can do without the same old, more-of-the-same politics he is allowing to filter back into his administration %u2013 so much for change.

Daschle was author of numerous congress bills which nearly destroyed the remaining sovereignty of Indigenous Red Indian Nations and Peoples through actions in coercion with 1934 act tribal council, states with Indian tribal lands overlapped by the occupying state, and casino managers intent on lining their own pockets.

One such anti-Treaty congress act was the 1988 Indian Gaming Act which allowed states to rise above the tribes and place the tribes at a county or city level. It also paved the way for legalized extortion by governors from tribes for large percentages of casino profits and allowed state and federal law enforcement officials to arrest Indians within casinos and upon reservation lands.

Another act sponsored by Daschle was the 1993 Indian Resource Management Act which removed the authority for leasing of land from tribal members and into the hands of greedy tribal council people intent on receiving under the table payment s from large corporations who prey on Indian resources and lands.

Recently, Daschle allowed federal land near Pierre which was scheduled for return to Indian Treaty Nations be instead given to the state of South Dakota.

He has also fought against the release of political prisoner of undeclared war, Leonard Peltier, and against tribes by unscrupulous government officials intent of stealing and exploiting Indigenous lands and resources for self profit and kickbacks.

Thought by many Indians to be friendly towards tribes via media propaganda in collusion with tribal counselors and casino managers, Daschle continually denies the constitution and laws of his own country, while facilitating the theft of land and resource from Indian Country.
