RESTORE MENTAL PATIENTS RIGHTS AND DECENCY

Mental patients have legal rights to refuse anti-psychotic drugs, unless their safety or others is in danger.  It is almost standard practice to deny or ignore their plea.  State hospitals especially blatantly abuse patients rights, some are more cruel than others.  Truth be known, much WORSE goes on, covered up EVERY DAY, worse than printed here :
     Patients are intimidated by staff and coerced with Drs' lies  routinely, daily to take drugs that are destroying their bodies.  A mental patient lives an average 25 years less than non mental patients.  Big Pharma alive and well, thrives with monetary gain, while doing great damage.   Hospitals gain also and  often more unscrupulousness is used, such as punishment with other drugs, greater dosage or outright lies and gimmicks to increase  number of patients agreeing to go on drugs with disastrous results of death, even against drug companies recommendations.     Punishments for speaking up for rights is common.  Breaking patients spirit - acceptable treatment.
     Drugs as last resort practice, not used in all or most state hospitals.  LIES and cover-ups to patients and those outside are daily standard fare.  There is common lack of respect as persons, due to stigma of mental conditions.  MOST  of us tend to do that anyhow.  The cover up and misuse of power over a patient with denial of their rights is regularly, daily.   Use of bad attitudes and put downs by staff  are worse in some hospitals than others, but standard practice.  Some still employ cruel staff members who enjoy taunting, tearing down and the breaking of spirits, used more often than focus on healing.     These and more mental patient rights are commonly denied.   Manipulation of truth has become and art form.       
     Some patients have been taken into rooms and beaten by staff to break them. The
ability to communicate with those outside is not made easy or enough time allowed
per call.  Some do not have the money to phone.  Excuses have been made to refuse communication to protect outside from learning truth about treatment and as punishment.    Some have been prevented from talking to media, even obtaining legal knowledge.  Staff meetings often decides what will be done, or supervisor directive.
     This condoned emotional and physical torture is just some  the indecent activity.
There are speTcific legal mental patient rights preventing these things and more.

PATIENTS RIGHTS AND HELP THOSE WITH NO VOICE OR MUCH LESS ABLE TO  SPEAK FOR THEM SELVES.   MOST  U.S. MENTAL PATIENTS ARE NOT ONLY USA CITIZENS IN THE USA, BUT ALL HUMAN BEINGS, MOST VERY DECENT PERSONS, EVEN PERSECUTED FOR BEING CARING.  WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE HERE.
