Stop Cigarette Butt litter!!

  I saw Bill Nye on the green planet network talking about how "cigarette butts" are the biggest single litter problem world wide.     If they are flushed into the sewer, thrown into the street , sidewalks or anywhere  they eventually end up becoming a  choking hazard from being mistaken for food by birds, or fish..   They end up in our waterways, and beaches,and  in the oceans and everywhere in between. We are talking BILLIONS and BILLIONS of Cigarette Butts each year.   If a person smokes Cigarettes, they MUST be Responsible enough to contain the Cigarette butts and collect them to be sure they are sent to the landfill to be buried  rather than becoming the hazards I have mentioned above.   Its not that difficult to THINK and make this CHANGE to CONTAIN this problem. If you SMOKE  be responsible enough to properly dispose of the Butt of every Cigarette.
