stop unnecessary police chases

Please sign this petition in order to have more regulatory laws concerning unnecessary police chases. Today, four children near Fresno, California were killed from a police chase. The suspects were running from the police over a traffic infraction. This is one of many chases that ended up killing or hurting completely innocent people.
