Demand that men and women be treated as equals in the job industry..

I applied for a job with a company by the name of Allied International Inc..Perviously known as ERMC Lawn and Landscaping which I worked for on 4.differerent times .it's seasonal work ..... I was never late not one time I did my job just as well as any of the men that worked alongside me and left with a glowing recommendation. I went back after Allied bought them out and was told my felony record was why I was being hired and I for one am not a convicted felon and I had some theft under 500./ Shoplifting charges 30 and 15 years ago ...Now everyone else employed by them is a man... Some of which do have felony records and have done prison time...So this leads me to one conclusion since no one will talk to me, it's because I am a woman I demand to be informed as to the real reason they won't hire me...My sex.....please support me in this ever so growing issue not just in Chattanooga but all over this country....I want my job back...I demand equality.....Thank you...Stacy Scott
