Demand an End to the North dining hall

Dining rooms need to go back to three halls, North, East and West. Dining room was changed to one in March 2019 causing confusion, anger and resentment. The feelings of their residents and their families are not being heard. It is too noisy, crowded and late serving. This disrupts the residents schedules for meals and bedtimes.
