Marijuana is a right

If we can vote on who leads us, if we can take a bullet for our country, if we drink ourselves into a corner, then why can't we smoke marijuana. I've have never met an angry high person or heard of someone smoking and then getting into a car accident nor have I met the kind of person who smokes and goes home and abuses their spouses. Alcohol and tobacco do way more damage than weed does, and weeds more of a gateway for dealers to push other drugs.
