MAKE ALL STATES HAVE ANIMAL CRUELTY LAWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help me get all states to make Animal Cruelty Illegal. Do not leave an innocent animal in hot, locked vehicles. My belief is Firmly that what you do to enforce cruelty..pain etc. upon an animal, you deserve the SAME pain inflicted upon yourself! ANIMAL CRUELTY LAWS NEED TO BE IN ALL STATES AND MUCH MORE SEVERE PUNISHMENT! Please, sign my petition and help defenseless animals. God gave humans these beautiful creatures to adore and love,,,not otherwise. God bless all rescuers!
