Non refund of admission fee paid

I admitted my son Mr. M. Phanindra in Global Tree, a Visa consultancy and Ocerseas Consultancy Institute at Hydrrabad after paying necessary fee of Rs.35000/-. After the training they suggested my son to appu for M. S study in U.S by giving some university names. After paying admission fee of $ 250 my son would like admission in Globe University. He attended Visa interview in Mumbai and Hyderabad but failed to get Visa.

The university had sent the refund of $ 250/- through Global Tree, Hyderabad, India but we have not received the refund. We made many phone calls n sent mails but of no use and giving a reply that the USA university has not paid then anything.

When we contact the university, they are confirming that they have sent money to Global Tree, who are blatantly rejecting and giving us pain. Have sent representation through Face Book also but no action so far.

I also told them I am retired employee and economically in a paid ful position.

I am presently in USA.
