Don't Fine for Feeding Feral Cats

Would you want your pet to be starved to death? By not feeding these feral cats, we are intentionally killing them by starvation. Animal control stated in March 3rd newspaper article that it also has to do with breeding. We have a TNR (Trap Neuter Return) program to help with spaying and neutering. Feral cats can be relocated, but to fine people for doing what's right is WRONG. If this passes then the city should fine people who give homeless people money. Give your opinion that it's not right by signing!
