Legalize marijuana for everyone!

Its allready legal in many states fo the medical reasons.  Its never EVER killed anyone!  Whats the problem?? Is the goverment making too much money bringing it in, and getting it to the "Black Marcket"? This is ridiculous.  %80 of americans say they smoke it on occasion, or tried it and some smoke it for medical reasons but thier state does not allow the medical marijuana.  Its an outrage and Im sick of it.  Lets legalize it, and stop putting NON VIOLENT people in jail.  I dont smoke the stuff myself.....because I dont like it.  But it has helped plenty of familly members with pain.  Im sick of the gov saying "theres no such thing as medical marijauana"  when apparently there is and some states have it legalized for that purpose allready.  Including Rhode Island!
