Deregulate Missouri (Energy)

I only think it's fair for people to have a choice in life on all things, and seeing that Missouri lacks the choice of possibly saving money disturbs me. I see in other states that Energy customers have the option to save $30+ dollars on there electric bill and every state has this oppertunity. We just need to act on it and sign it into vote to pass so we can have that option as well. My husband works in this field and he has saved many people money from residential homes to businesses and it's amazing what people pay to keep there homes and businesses warm and cool during the seasons.
