Please help be obtain  its target.  The dogs will be slaughtered if they are not saved, by the prisoners.  Like the prisoners, the dogs are on death row. Allow the prisoners to return to society, instead of taking.  The prisoners become reformed too. 

There are special programs to help save the dogs and society, by carefully selecting prisoners who train 'dangerous' dogs who are destined to be destroyed.  The prisoners are rehabilitated, along  with the 'dangerous,' dogs under very special expert watch and this program has been proven to be a success.
