DUSTMEN TO STOP COLLECTING BINS DURING SCHOOL RUNS

Everybody knows what i mean the dustbin men are always causing heavy traffic in the mornings, causing many people late to school/work. Why dont they collect the bins later? we need your help to stop them collecting the bins in the morning and you can do that by signing my petition
