Warkworth wastewater

As many people know there are many new houses and developments going into warkworth, with all of the new developments there will have to be a massive upgrade on the WWTP (warkworth waste water treatment plant). At the moment the treatment plant takes in waste water from warkworth, snells and Matatkana with around 8,000 people in use of it but with in the space of 10 years warkworth is set for a captivity of 20,00. the auckland council have been debating different treatment plans for the waste water. In signing this petition you are saying that you want the safest and most sustainable waste water plan that will keep the water to its highest standard. This petition will be emailed towards the auckland council in hopes that in seeing the sightings they may choose a safer and more economical choice in hope of keeping our river healthy and strong.
