Stiffer laws for animal abuse

Because these poor innocent animals cannot speak, so we have to be their voice and try to protect these animals from abuse and neglect!  The laws simply are not stiff enough for this sick cruel people who do this to these poor helpless animals!  Please help and by signing this petition to make the punishment harder maybe this will help eliminate alot of this problem
