So from time now numerous of us have been having issues with our company, I finally was the person to speak up and bring to there there attention for some time now, by me saying something, expressing my concerns and complaints still no change. I recently got suspended day before yesterday for “ supposedly” disrespecting my dispatch when all I did was ask a question, expressing my concerns with questions and built up fustrations to later get terminated today. I believe they were looking for any and every reason to fire me. Alot due to Retaliation. I have alot of ex and current employees who are ready to back me up. I cant dont his alone. I need someones help. This isnt fair.
