Stop Animal Abuse!!!

Everyday I get a text, where someone has abused a different animal everyday! And it really breaks my heart to see this happen to Animals everyday, if you can not take care of an Animal, don't get it! I would suggest that people may have to prove they can properly take care of an Animal, even if it's a written test. Or verbal test.
