We, the voters of Illinois, request that you hold the hearings necessary to impeach Governor Rod Blagojevich.

Due to Blagojevich's flagrant disregard for the people of Illinois, we have no confidence in his governance, nor in his ability to faithfully carry out his duties.

As our elected officials, we request that you act speedily to determine the extent of Blagojevich's illegal activities and remove him from office.

Every day that he continues as Governor is an embarrassment to the people of Illinois. Thank you for working to represent the people of Illinois!
