There is a planning application ongoing for another coffee shop,bar and restaurant in the Ladygate Centre. No one has a problem with a bar and restaurant but we really do not need another Coffee Shop, especially one that wants to open at 7am onwards this will impact heavily on the livelihoods of the existing independent coffee shops.
