End Daily Cross Bronx Expy Traffic

The Cross Bronx Expy is always with traffic on a daily basis. In resent reports, they landed as the most congested expy again.

An extra 4th lane should be done and have an express lane for trucks only going south bound.

I rarely use this expy south bound because of this issue. I only use north bound and you see everyone on the south bound side stuck for so many hours wasting time every single day. The fastest way with no traffic to get to my job it's the clutch bound but i always take an optional route. 

It will be better for ambulance, police, truck drivers, any vehicles to get to where they are going on a timely manner without wasting unnecessary time a day. Local streets should only be for local places to get to, not to get them crowded.
