caregivers speak up

we the people who are raising other people's children feel we could use more resources and for us to be heard about the parents stepping aside and not helping.they should not be given the choice not to pay child support.and we should get the snap benefits for the children it would help us for them to have breakfast in the morning and snack,water to take to school and if they don't like the lunch we can send them with it.the parents of so many of these kids go onto having more kids and think iy's ok.please help make these kids feel more  like they belong with the people who are raising them.by funding alittle more to us.thank you a loving caregiver.who would do it over and over again to give them a loving home.
