Zoning Change from residential to commercial

This enlarge lot has been vacant because is set residential on a street where a same strip of business would make more sense. Too much traffic for homes in this street. And most of the lots on this street are set commercial already, but are no big enough for a business plaza or strip. We need a hair salon, a convenience store, a small mom and pop restaurant of burger place, an insurance office, a daycare, a cleaning company, and similar business
