TREAT ANIMAL ABUSERS/CHILD MOLESTER IN THE SAME MANNER

Animal abuse has increased, dogfighting videos on the Internet, everyday we see and hear cases of abuse/neglect of animals they are a felony now we need to expose these criminals just as we would a sexual predator.
